FROM LE ROSETTE TO CLAIRE JOLIE
Claire’s passion for hospitality began early through Le Rosette Patisserie, a homegrown pâtisserie project founded in 2018. What started as a creative love for baking, presentation, and hosting later became a charitable initiative, with proceeds donated to Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation.
Through Le Rosette, Claire discovered the joy of creating something beautiful for others. Not only through taste, but also through atmosphere, care, and thoughtful presentation. It became the foundation for a deeper love of hospitality and the emotional impact of creating moments people remember.
